ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 20.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
