To Suspend the sentence imposed in Judgment dt.17.2.2020 in SC.no.87 of 2016 on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Court,Theni and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the instant Criminal Appeal.

CRL MP(MD) No.5011 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAWARANCE.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed, for appearance before the respondent police once in a week, by order dated 11.06.2021.
2.Considering the nature of the charge against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for the past more than 10 months, we are of the opinion that the condition to be relaxed.
3. This petition is allowed and the condition regarding the appearance of the respondent police on every Monday is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
