Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 05.12.2025, the petitioners have paid the cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) and they have filed a Memo dated 19.12.2025 to that effect and also produced the receipt. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
