Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Kalaiselvam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Koodankulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Baskar, the respondent police conducted petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.57 of 2017 and the same has also been closed. 2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
