O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to forward the file to the 2nd respondent pertaining to No-Objection Certificate to run Ayurvedha Panchakarma Clinic at Door No. 3/397 Survey No. 42/8B1A2 Biranur Boarder, Vallam, Near Siluvaimukku, Shengottai Taluk, Tenkasi District.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has applied No Objection Certificate for running Ayurvedha Panchakarma Clinic at Door No. 3/397 Survey No. 42/8B1A2 Biranur Boarder, Vallam, Near Siluvaimukku, Shengottai Taluk, Tenkasi District along with necessary documents. While so, the concerned Authorities have forwarded the papers to the 3rd respondent and now the papers are pending with the 3rd respondent without any progress. Hence, this writ petition to forward the same to the 2nd respondent for passing orders. 2/5

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the request of the petitioner and now the papers are pending with the 3rd respondent, since the petitioner failed to produce the documents like Educational Certificate and other documents. If the petitioner produces all the relevant documents, then they will consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4.This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.Since the prayer of the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to forward the file to the 2nd respondent pertaining to NoObjection Certificate to run Ayurvedha Panchakarma Clinic at Door No. 3/397 Survey No. 42/8B1A2 Biranur Boarder, Vallam, Near Siluvaimukku, Shengottai Taluk, Tenkasi District and the 3rd respondent is also admitted that the file is pending with him, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent on 18.03.2025 and produce the relevant documents.

6.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent on 18.03.2025 and produce all the relevant documents pertaining to Ayurvedha Panchakarma Clinic and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one week, thereafter.

7.With the above observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
