:Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directing the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of Crime No.56 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent and to file the final report under the supervision of the respondents 1 to 3 herein.

ORDER

Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli, has sent a detailed report, dated 09.06.2017, wherein it is stated as follows:- " I humbly submit that the Sub-Inspector, Govt. Hospital Police Station, Tiruchirappalli, has filed a final report in Cr.No.56/2013 on 02.05.2017 as Mistake of Fact. Same is taken on file as RCS No.62/2017 by this Court and Notice has been served to the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appeared through counsel and the case is posted on 24.06.2017 for filing objection on the side of the defacto complainant and this is for your Honour's kind Information."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner has received the closure report and sought time for filing protest application.
