O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his Representation dated 11.03.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.62 of 2020 on the file of respondent police, was registered and charge sheet also filed.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
