This petition is filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action to remove the encroachments on the irrigation tank situated in S.No.129 at Kallivayal Village, Manjakudu Revenue Village, Manalmelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, as per Section 133 of Cr.P.C on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that proceedings under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., was initiated based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2016 and notice was also issued to the petitioner.
