O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.320 of 2016 from the file of the 6th respondent to 7th respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Sie) produced a letter of the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District, dated 22.09.2016, thereby the investigation in Crime No.320 of 2016 was transferred from the Sub Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thirumangalam Sub-Division, Madurai District. The Superintendent of Police has further directed the Additional Superintendent of Police, PEW, Madurai District to supervise the investigation on a day-to-day basis.

4. In view of the above order dated 22.09.2016, in C.No.824/C/SB-MD/2016 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District, no further order is necessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
