This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register to register F.I.R. against the proposed accused persons based on the complaint dated 16.09.2016 given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.649 of 2016 under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) I.P.C. by the second respondent Police.
