2.Mr.S.Mathiyalagan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Chinthamanipatti Police Station, Karur District is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.44 of 2017 is pending against the respondents 4 to 7.

3.Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent police to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.44 of 2017 by calling both parties and take action in accordance with law.
