ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Principle District Munsif, Aruppukkottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The suit is for declaration of sale deed is null and void. Since the suit is pending from the year 2016 and that the matter is in part heard stage, this Court is inclined to direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD).No. 848 of 2022 Principle District Munsif, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
