When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents contended that the previous investigation officer in Crime No.08 of 2021 was transferred and the present investigation officer completed the investigation and he would be filing a final report in a couple of days before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
