PRAYER (TR.CM.P.(MD) No.321 of 2015): Petition is filed, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to transfer the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2012, pending before the District Court, Nagercoil, to any other neighboring district like Tirunelveli (or) Thoothukudi or any other District for proper adjudication of the case.

2. The allegation of the petitioner is that he has lost confidence in the learned Trial Judge now has become no relevance because that Judge himself has been transferred from Kanyakumari District. In the circumstances, these transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
