This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry and take appropriate action on the basis of the complaint dated 13.02.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police. 4.Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.7781 of 2021 period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
