This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the espondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2016 and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.72 of 2016 under Sections 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. by the second respondent police.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
