On 31.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even though the complaint has been received through post, summons was issued twice to appear before the Enquiry Officer and further action was dropped and for circulating the copy of the closure report, the matter has been listed. Today, the copy of the closure report has been circulated to this Court. It is seen that because of non cooperation of the petitioner, it was closed on 28.08.2021. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is dismissed for default.
