This petition has been filed to directing the third respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on petitioner's complaint, dated 07.03.2022 and take further action.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 07.03.2022 and the same is still https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.6493 of 2022 pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 7 and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
