O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 herein not to harass the petitioners on the complaint of the 7th respondent herein under the guise of proceedings in C.No.342/SP Chamber/PTN/KKI/2016 or the complaint, dated 12.12.2016, given by the 7th respondent before the 4th respondent herein and the promissory note dated 11.04.2017 executed by the 1st petitioner herein in favour of the 7th respondent.

2. Today, Mr.D.Rajnikanth, The Inspector of Police, Kulasekaram Police Station, Kulaseekaram, Kanyakumari District is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 6.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that Chitly, the seventh respondent has not given any complaint to the Kulasekaram Police Station. However, the first petitioner Selvi has given a complaint against Chitly, the seventh respondent, based on which, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
