ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested on 09.09.2016 for offences punishable under Clause 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Cr.No.234 of 2014 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.10.2014, the petitioner and others illegally transported 21 bags of rice (each contains 50 kgs) in the Auto.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the Auto and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly,

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
