ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to direct the second respondent police to take appropriate action on the basis of the direction given in the order dated 14.03.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C. in Crl. M.P. No.972 of 2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents/State.

Mr. S. Krishnamoorthy, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Thirukkattupalli Police Station, is present.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that on the petitioner's complaint, a case in Cr. No.94 of 2017 has been registered on 12.04.2017 under Section 176, IPC against four persons, viz., Rajathi, Edwinraj, Rajendren and Shanthi.
