When the matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 11.03.2025 and 08.04.2025, it was submitted by learned Government Advocate that the petitioner herein is not contesting the Writ Petition any more and is inclined to pay the amount claimed by the respondent No.2 in E.P.No.21 of 2019 in C.P.No.7 of 2015. In view of the same, the matter was adjourned to today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the petitioner would comply with the claim made by the respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks from today.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed granting the petitioner to satisfy the claim made by respondent No.2 in E.P.No.21 of 2019 in C.P.No.7 of 2015. In case, if the same is not satisfied within a period of six weeks from today, the Execution Court/Labour Court is at liberty to proceed further in the matter. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
