ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.479 of 2013 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that though the case was closed by filing final report on 21.05.2013, as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, re-investigation is going on. He further submitted that the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.479 of 2013.

4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.479 of 2013, before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
