ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused was arrested on 07.05.2018 by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) I.P.C, and 3 of TNPPDL Act, in connection with a case, in Crime No.185 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that the petitioner went to abroad to eke out the livelihood, thereby, he did not appear before the Court, due to which, NBW was issued as against the petitioner for his non-appearance by the trial court in connection with a case in PRC.No.11 of 2017. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 07.05.2018. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and and also considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

5.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramnad District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
