This Criminal Orginal Petition has been filed to investigate the case in Crime No.424 of 2013 on the file of the respondent and file the charge sheet expeditiously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if a period of six months time is granted to the respondent police, they will complete the investigation in Crime No.424 of 2013.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), six months time is granted to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.424 of 2013 expeditiously and either file closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, after due intimation to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
