Heard Mr.I,Pinaygash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Arivalagan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the charge memo issued against the petitioner on the allegation that the 2/4

petitioner has produced false age proof at the time of joining the services with the respondent corporation.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that while this writ petition was pending, the disciplinary proceedings in respect of the above charges has been completed and has culminated into an order of punishment.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 09.07.2024 NCC: Yes/No Index : Yes/No PJL 3/4
