2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to give a permission for transportation of fallen trees based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.05.2018 and 28.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
