Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 22.08.2017 and 20.04.2018 by giving priority to the ex-serviceman quota in the competitive written examination conducted by the recruitment agency such as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Teacher Recruitment Board and Tamil Nadu Uniform Service Department.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2017 and 20.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
