ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant, dated 29.03.2021 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in C.C.No.51 of 2017 against the third respondent/A-1. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the warrant was issued only on 29.03.2021 and the next date of hearing is fixed on 19.04.2021 and before the date, the petitioner has approached this Court. He would further submit that the efforts are being made by the authorities for securing the accused.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5229 of 2021 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petitoin is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to secure the accused and produce before the concerned Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.51 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.
