This petition has been filed to directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Sriman Narayanaswamy Thiru Nillal Thangal Thiruadivasupu Festival" on 15.04.2022 to 25.04.2022 at Pillaiyarvillai, Rajakamangalam, Kanyakumari District with light and sound and further directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the spiritual program ("Ayya Eyathera Vaganthil Pavani Varthul (Small Chariot)") on 24.04.2022 at 08.00 p.m. in the festival of Sriman Narayanaswamy Thiru Nillal Thangal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Thiruadivasupu, Pillaiyarvillai, Rajakanmangalam, Kanyakumari District with light and sound and to provide necessary police protection.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a counter party claiming the same right over the subject temple.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2022 after giving opportunity of hearing to them on or before 14.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
