O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2014, from Sub Court, Pattukottai, and to transfer the same to Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. But, neither he nor his counsel was present. In such circumstances, perusing the materials on record, we shall dispose of this transfer petition.

3. Petitioner married the respondent on 04.09.2008 in Swamimalai Temple, in Thanjavur District. They were blessed with three children, but not with a happy married life. Difference of opinion arose between them. He wants divorce. She wants reunion. He filed H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2014, in the Sub Court, Pattukottai, for divorce.

4. Now, petitioner is residing in Ottankulam Village in Thiruchuli Taluk, with the support of her parents. For her, Pattukottai is far away. To go to Pattukottai, she has to travel a lot. In the circumstances, she has valid ground for transfer.

5. In view of the foregoings, ordered as under: (i) H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2014, on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukottai, is transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

(ii) The Sub Judge, Pattukottai, shall send the entire case-records to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai, forthwith.

6. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
