O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.3682 of 2016 by learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul on 08.09.2016 in respect of appearing before respondent police daily for 30 days. 2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the bail order, petitioner was directed to appear before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days. Petitioner has now reported before the respondent police for a period of 19 days. He is 68 years old and he is suffering from various ailments. Hence, he sought for modification of the bail conditions. 3.Heard learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submissions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition No.2 imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai-23.
