ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, in Crime No.10 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the victim girl had love affair. He would further submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl is only aged about 15 years. Therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
