ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry on 10.03.2010 and the same was closed on 09.06.2020 as it is civil in nature.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
