By a common order, dated 17.04.2014 in W.P.(MD)Nos.8769, 17271 and 20688 of 2013, Writ Petitions have been dismissed. Being aggrieved by the same, the instant Writ Appeals have been filed.
2. Mr.S.M.Anantha Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has circulated a letter, dated 10.02.2016, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeals. Placing on record the letter, dated 10.02.2016, which shall be treated as part of record, the Writ Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No liberty is granted to file fresh Writ Appeals on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
