ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who surrendered on 08.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 363, 380, 506(ii) r/w 120 IPC in Cr.No.785 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, the accused tresspassed into the house of defacto complainant and assaulted him and stolen away the jewels and articles. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court under orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.24880 and 592 of 2016 on 07.01.2016 and 12.01.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on instructions submits the petitioners have no previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
