No.231 of 2022 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 29/04/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in EP No.17 of 2015 in OS No.161 of 2007, with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 25/04/2023 in D.No.3443 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 29.04.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the E.P.No.17 of 2015 in O.S.No.161 of 2007, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.3443/2023/HCA, dated 25.04.2023 with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 29.04.2022 of this Court made in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.231 of 2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by three months to comply with the order dated 29.04.2022.
