Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned suspension order in Proc.No. 45469/V1/2019 dated 16.05.2024 and the consequential order to retain in service in Proc.No. 45469/VI/2019 dated 30.05.2024 quash the same as illegal.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Kameswaran, Government Advocate appearing for the Petitioners and of Mr.M.Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
"This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" to grant three months time to comply the order passed in WP (MD) No. 13840 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024.
2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the main writ petition, this Court by an order dated 27.06.2024, directed the petitioners herein to complete the enquiry proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of that order. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners sought further time for a period of three months to dispose the said case. 2/4
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the aforesaid order dated 27.06.2024. No further time shall be granted in this regard."
