ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2016 as a crime as against the said accused and there upon conduct investigation in accordance with law and file a final report before the Court concerned within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel

for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
