2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same was closed after holding an enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) therefore submitted that this petition is not necessary as no enquiry is contemplated.
