ORDER

(Order was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.) This Review Application is filed frivolously by the State to deprive the benefit of the widow, who is entitled for compassionate appointment. Our order which is sought to be reviewed was passed after hearing all the counsels including the Additional Government Pleader. Hence, this Review Application is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court personally by Mrs.M.Muthulakshmi, District Educational Officer (Secondary Education), Melur, Madurai District, who has filed sworn affidavit in support of the petition, within 30 days. Failing which the said amount to be attached from her salary and remitted to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
