ORDER

The wife seeks transfer of her husband's H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2015 filed for divorce from the Court of the Sub Judge, Devakottai to the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Now, the wife is residing at her parents house in Aruppukottai. Devakottai and Aruppukottai are in different Districts and the distance is also vast and the petitioner/wife is having a child. It is understandable to find out the difficulty to which she is put to, in going to Devakottai from Aruppukottai. The respondent/husband also has also no objection for the transfer.

4. In these circumstances, H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2015 is transferred from the file of the learned Sub Judge, Devakottai to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai. The transferor Court shall send the records to the transferee Court immediately.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Further, the Sub Court, Aruppukottai shall dispose of

the matter as expeditiously as possible. Disposal also includes by way of Mediation and Conciliation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Sub Judge, Devakottai.
