By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The writ petition filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking to rectify the measurements in FMB Sketch in New S.No. 334/6 (old S.No. 4/362), measuring 3294 square feet, in Eripurakarai Village, Adirampattinam, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, on the basis of title documents of the petitioner and on the basis of other Revenue Records and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2020.

3.The writ petitioner, in her affidavit has stated that she is residing in the said address for which she seeks the relief to direct the respondents to rectify the measurements in the FMB sketch. According to her the property had been in the possession of her family for a quite number of years. Her mother had executed a document namely, Hibbath, dated 29.03.2005 with respect to portion of the property. The petitioner now seeks to rectify, the wrong measurements in the FMB sketch. She placed reliance title deeds and revenue records.
4.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents has forwarded a communication from the Tahsildar, Pattukottai, in which the Tahsildar has stated that he would examine the issue and pass necessary order within a period of four weeks.

Without going into further details, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 17.02.2020, given by the petitioner namely, Barvin Begam, W/o.Haja Sherif, residing at No.28A, Annaviyar Lane, Mela Theru, Adirampattinam, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District and invite the petitioner, grant an opportunity of personal hearing, examine the title deeds of the petitioner and revenue records and thereafter, pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed by the second respondent on or before 31.07.2020.
6.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
