This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.10.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.10.2015, it is seen that the petitioner is an Advocate and he has alleged that the opposite party had promised that he will get employment for him. The complainant does not even state that in which organisation, the opposite party had promised him to get employment. This Court is of the view that the complaint does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R.
