ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection for the petitioner to construct compound wall.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The husband of the petitioner had given a complaint to the

respondent police against the respondents 3 to 7 on the ground that they have damaged the compound wall of the house of the petitioner and have also committed various criminal offences. Therefore, the respondent police registered the First Information Report in Crime No.258 of 2016 for an offence under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 506(i) and 109 IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act. Thereafter, the police have completed the investigation and have filed a final report on 16.02.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

3.There shall be a direction to the second respondent to number the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall also take into consideration whether threat to the petitioner is continuing even now and take action in accordance with law. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
