Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondents in the name of "Uthangudi North Detailed Development Plan" and all appending proceedings including Map Number 3 and the consequential order of the third respondent dated 25.05.2018 in Na.Ka.No.1943/2018/MT.2 and quash the same in respect of petitioner's Plot Nos.4, 5, 12 and 13 in "Adhi Eswaran Nagar" located in survey numbers 37/13, 45/5A1B and 45/7, Uthangudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the said plots of the petitioner and grant necessary planning permission including site plan and building plan and consequential reliefs to the petitioner.
