ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.691 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai. 2.The petitioner is wife and the respondent is husband. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and they have compromised the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Both the petitioner and the respondent agreed for reunion and the Mediation report has also been received.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.691 of 2015 has already been withdrawn by the respondent.

5.In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter for transfer. Hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
