ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 166, 167, 217, 406, 409, 415 and 420 of IPC., in Crime No.77 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that due to the property dispute, the defacto complainant lodged the present complaint before the respondent police. He further submitted that the investigation is going on.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
