ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 376 r/w 511 I.P.C., in Crime No.228 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The de facto complainant in this case is none other than the petitioner's own daughter. The petitioner is accused of a crime of incestuous in nature.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the de facto complainant is none other than the petitioner's daughter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
