2. It seems that hectic fight is going on between both sides in O.S.No.69 of 2015 before the learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti with regard to 'Kovilpatti Nadar Uravinmurai Sangam' Election.

3. Both sides apprehend that they may not get fair justice from the said court and hence, they sought for transfer of the said suit from the said Court. Subsequently, certain developments took place. Now, the very Presiding officer, as against whom the said apprehension has been expressed, has been transferred from the said court. So there ends the matter. Now, a new chapter is to be opened.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of as infructuous No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
